I hope you and your families are doing well during this difficult time. COVID-19 is spreading quickly across the country and all of us need to take appropriate precautions, for our own health and for the health of others. None of us want to see our healthcare system overburdened, for the sake of everyone in our community, including the committed doctors, nurses, and other healthcare workers who stand on the front line to protect us. We at Cellular One know we need to do our part to help "flatten the curve" and slow the spread of COVID-19.

For this reason, we are asking you to minimize your visits to our stores. We're here if you need us and we're taking precautions to ensure a safe environment for you and for our team. But we can also help you other ways. Instead of stopping in, call us. Instead of dropping off your payment, drop it in the mail or use this site to make a payment, review your bill, or submit a question.

We're in this together and we'll do our best to support you. Thank you for supporting us, too!

UPDATE 3/20/20

Cellular One has taken the further step of closing its retail stores effective 5:00PM CDT today. Based on guidance from government health officials, we believe this is a necessary step to help ensure the safety and welfare of our employees and customers.

However, we remain committed to serving you and will work to do just that, every day. If you need us, please call us at 866-702-1248 or 611 from your Cellular One mobile. If you need to make a payment, you may make one over the phone, via this website, via mail to PO BOX 660890, Dallas, TX 75266 or you may still drop off payments at our retail locations. We will collect and process these as quickly as possible.

We look forward to life returning to normal, for many reasons, including reopening our retail locations and serving our customers face-to-face. Until then, please be safe and stay well.

Cellular One Customers:

While we continue to follow the guidelines set forth by the CDC and local authorities, we remain committed to providing the best possible experience for both our employees and customers. Over the past several weeks, we have taken steps to disinfect all our locations and instill policies to ensure the safety of our customers while offering curbside service. This process has allowed us to continue to operate and handle the needs of our customers. However, we understand that situations arise that require additional time or necessitate allowing a customer in the store.

As of today, we are allowing one person at a time inside the location if we are unable to solve your issue or take care of your needs via curbside, over the phone, or by taking advantage of one of our automated services. Please call your local store to schedule an appointment and currently, we are requiring all customers to wear a mask before coming inside. Limiting exposure and allowing time between customers to disinfect our locations, will continue to help us stay healthy and get past these difficult times.
