New Voice Mail Set-up Instructions
• Dial your own PCS number.
spacerautomated system will provide a greeting if calling from a number other than your PCS phone,
spacerin this case press the * key to get to the password option.
• If asked, enter your password followed by the # key. Your password is the last four digits of
spaceryour PCS number or 2006 unless you’ve previously changed it.
• Follow the voice instructions for recording your name.
• Press the 2 key to enter “personal options menu.”
• To record a new greeting use option 1.
• To change your password use option 2.
• To change your name use option 3.

Retrieving Your Voice Mail
• Dial your own PCS number.
• Enter your password followed by the # key. Your password is the last four digits of your PCS
spacernumber or 2006 unless you’ve previously changed it.
• To listen to your messages press 1.
• To hear a message again press the 1 key again.
• To fast forward a message press the 3 key.
• To play the previous message press the 4 key.
• To forward the message to another Cellular One number, press the 5 key.
• To play the next message press the 6 key.
• To delete the current message press the 7 key.
• To hear the date and time stamp of the current message press 8.

3. Send a Message
• Record your message at the tone and press # when finished
• Enter the destination mail box number
1 – Send message
2 – Request delivery confirmation
3 – Re-enter destination mail box
9 – EXIT

Enhanced Services

Call Waiting
• When on a call and the Call Waiting tone is heard, press the TALK key to answer the second
spacercall. Press the TALK key a second time to go back to the first caller.

Call Forwarding
• Refer to your handset menu feature and follow the prompts.

Conference Calling
• Refer to your handset menu feature and follow the prompts.
