How do I sign up for Phone Guard?
Simply ask for Phone Guard when you sign up for service or upgrade your handset. The $5.99 for Standard Protection or $6.99 for Premium Protection per month charge will conveniently appear on your monthly bill.
Is there anything else I need to know?
Yes. See sales centers for details, and ask your sales representative. Certain damages and losses are not included. Customer or Cellular One may cancel this service. Limits and deductibles apply. Material misrepresentation or fraud will void this service. You must take the steps described in our Phone Guard Handset Protection Plan brochure in order for this program to apply if there has been loss or damage to your handset.
