Calling Plans
50% of any included Anytime minutes and Night & Weekend Minutes must be on the Cellular One® home/local network in each billing cycle. If this requirement is not met, Cellular One® may, at its option, change your Calling plan to a plan without unlimited components or terminate service. Nationwide is defined as 48 contiguous United States. Roaming charges may apply to calls placed from outside your home/local Cellular One® calling area as defined in your Calling Plan. Roaming and long distance charges apply outside the 48 contiguous United States. Service is subject to the Terms and Conditions in your Service Agreement. All calling plans may not be available in all areas. Some offers may not be combined with any other offers or discounts. Some restrictions apply. Credit approval is required and a deposit may be required.
All Cellular One® Calling Plans, coverage areas, agreement provisions, business practices, procedures, policies and Terms and Conditions are subject to change without notice. Calls are billed from send to end in one minute increments.
Companion Plans
Companion plans permit multiple lines to be billed on the same billing account. Only one line is the primary line. All lines must be activated on the same billing account and in the same Cellular One® market.
Mobile-to-Mobile Calling
This is defined as calls directly dialed between Cellular One® phones in our Cellular One® home/local calling area. Mobile-to-Mobile Calling may be provided to you at no charge for calls in our home/local network, depending upon your Calling Plan and the length of your Service Agreement.
Night & Weekend Minutes
Free Night & Weekend Minutes calling from 9:00pm to 6:59am Monday through Thursday, and from 9:00pm Fridays to 6:59am Mondays. Night start times may vary based on your Calling Plan. Calls are billed from send to end in one minute increments. 50% or more of usage minutes must be within our Cellular One home/local calling area.
Nationwide Roaming
Roaming charges may apply to calls placed from outside our Cellular One® home/local calling area as defined in your Service Agreement. Where applicable, roaming is billed at 20¢/minute. Roaming and Long Distance charges may vary based on your Calling Plan.
Free Nationwide Long Distance
Free Nationwide Long Distance applies to calls made on accounts that are subscribed to the Free Nationwide Long Distance service, from our Cellular One® network to anywhere within the 48 contiguous United States only. Roaming charges may apply to calls placed from outside our home/local Cellular One® calling area as defined in your Calling Plan. Calls to international destinations will incur long distance charges.
Overage
Your plan may have a set number of minutes that may be used for voice calls, each month, including “Anytime” minutes, Night & Weekend Minutes, and Mobile-to-Mobile Cellular One® home/local network usage minutes. Local or roaming overage charges will apply to airtime exceeding this set number of total plan minutes.
Spill-Ovr® Minutes
Spill-Ovr® minutes, as defined in your Calling Plan, accumulate and expire through 12 rolling bill periods. Spill-Ovr® minutes are not redeemable for cash or credit and are non-transferable. Night & Weekend Minutes and Mobile-to-Mobile minutes do not carry over. If you change from one plan to another, Spill-Ovr® minutes will not be preserved.
Eligibility
You are eligible for Service only so long as your place of primary use is within our licensed market area and, if your recurring monthly Calling Plan charges include Service that can be used both on our Network and off our Network (for example, a predetermined amount of airtime or megabytes that may be used on or off our Cellular One® home/local network, no additional charge for Roaming, long distance, and/or extended calling areas), at least 50% of such use of each Device is on our network in each billing cycle. If you become ineligible for Service or any Calling Plan, we may terminate your Service immediately or, at our option, offer you a different Calling Plan for which you are eligible.
Finance Charge
A finance charge of 1.5% of the outstanding balance is applied monthly to each account with an unpaid balance.
Minimum Term Activation and Early Termination Fees
• One- or Two-Year Customer Agreement may be required per line
• Activation Fee per line: $35
• Early Termination Fee per line: $175
Important Notice
Mobile service devices will not operate or be able to make 911 calls when and where service is not available – even, at times, within the Cellular One® coverage area.
Cellular One’s Surcharges and Other Charges
These assessments are not taxes. These help to defray or recover the costs of charges, fees and other payments for government-required programs.
Taxes and Fees
Includes excise and other taxes and government surcharges and fees we are required by law to bill customers. These taxes and fees are subject to change without notice. The State 911 fee is paid to the government to help pay for emergency services. For more details on these charges, call 1-877-424-4666.
