Data Plans and Features
Cellular One data service is available only on our GPRS/EDGE network and the networks of our GPRS/EDGE roaming partners. An MMS (Media Messaging Service) capable phone is required for picture messaging. When using GPRS, EDGE, or MMS service while roaming, per kilobyte charges will apply. You will be charged for all data sent by or to you through the network, whether or not received. Any fraction of a kilobyte used will be rounded up to the next kilobyte for billing and for measuring usage. Cellular One is not responsible for any content of any messages or attachments, regardless of format (text, IM, picture, video, sound, or any other). Certain features require activation of a qualifying Cellular One Calling Plan. All product and service marks reference are the name, trade names, trademarks and logos of their respective owners.

Downloads
Games, Wallpapers, and Ringtones may be downloaded to your phone using Cellular One service. Ability to download depends on device capability. Duration or use of downloads may be limited by Cellular One or any content provider. You will be charged for all downloads to your phone. Prices subject to change. A download is the property of the artist or licensee, and may only be stored for use with your phone. You may not sublicense or disseminate any download. Your phone can store only a few downloads at a time, and you may need to delete a download to add another. We accept no responsibility for downloads lost or damaged due to user error. Downloads may not transfer to other handsets or SIM cards. Phone/device/screen images shown here are simulated. Some phones and other mobile devices are equipped with Bluetooth, infrared or other connection technology, which may affect the security of calls or messages; please take your own security precautions when using these phones.

Data Prohibited Uses
Cellular One Data Service may not be used for purposes or with results including, but not limited to: (a) as a substitute or backup for private lines or dedicated data connections, if your Calling plan includes an unlimited minutes component; (b) for any activity that adversely affects the ability of other people or systems to use either the Services or Internet based resources including, but not limited to , excessive consumption of network or system resources (whether intentional or unintentional); (c) in a manner that interferes with or disrupts other network users, network disrupts other services or network equipment; or (d) for resale or enabling others to use for a fee, or for use in a business whose primary operations include data transfer for others.

Data Service Interruptions
Cellular One is not liable for delays in transmission or any loss of or interruption of the Service. Cellular One is not liable for any lost profits, lost revenues or consequential damages arising from any delays, loss or interruption of the Service. In no event shall damages be payable by Cellular One for any loss of or interruption of the Service in excess of the amount you would have paid for the Service during the period of interruption.
